Join us for Tuesday Night track at SCSU, tonight at 6:30 PM! (Yes yes Tuesday night track is a roving caravan - blame the Wilbur & Hillhouse soccer schedules...)

Come one, come all to Tuesday night track, 6:30 PM at Wilbur Cross track tomorrow night! Come with any workout, but if you want a suggestion here's a fun workout that I came up with all by myself with no input from the NHRR coach (for legal reasons this is a joke): 3 - 4 x (400m @5k/1200m @ HM/2 min jog) We're essentially doing 1600m repeats, but I want you to purposefully run the first 400m at 5k pace, and then run the remaining 1200m @HM pace, then take 2:00 jogging between reps.

This was pretty easy when the club was 60 people, but now there are >250 people here and it's sliightly harder to keep track of what everyone's doing. So please tell us about your races!
