A few people will be running 8-12 miles starting from Nica's at 7:15 am on Sat 5/13. One group will do 8:45-9 min/mile pace and another will be faster. All welcome.

There will be a 13 mile run departing from Nica's on Sat 2/25 mostly on Canal Trail. Some will start out at 9 min/mile and add tempo (7:20 min/mile). Other paces/distances welcome to start out together.

Come run off your post-party hangover at Nica's at 8am on Sat 1/28. There will be a group running 10-12 miles; paces varied.

10-mile run departing Nica's 8:15 am on Sat 1/14. One option will be: 3 miles easy, 5 miles of 0.5 mi tempo/0.5 mi easy, 2 miles easy. Easy pace: ~8:45, tempo ~7:45. Anyone welcome to join or start out together and do some different distance/paces.

There will be a group meeting at Nica's Sat 11/7 at 8:15 am for runs ranging from 4 to 14 miles. Paces may vary but at least one group in the 8:30-9 range. All welcome!

There will be a ~10 mile long run departing from Nica's Sat 8/6 at 7:15am. Pace expected to be ~8:30 min/mile but there may be a faster paced group depending on who shows up.
