Hi friends! I’m doing my last long run in New Haven this Saturday and would love company! I’m planning to do the Ridge to Skiff loop (~10mi), starting at Nica’s at 8am. Average pace between 8:30-9 minutes; last 3 miles are supposed to be 7:40 pace but summer training has had me feeling Bad so this might fly out the window.
