Sunday is Daylight Savings, and what better way to start it than going for a fun long run with fun people? A group of us will be heading out from Fussy Coffee at 9am on Saturday for a longish run of 7-10 miles! Any and all welcome! Comment below if you think you might join :) (Yes, I just copied Lizzie's text and edited it 😆)

9-15 mile run Saturday morning at around a 9:30 min/mi pace. A nice way to "ease" into the weekend, and enjoy more fall-like temps. Meet (http://temps.Meet)at Fussy Coffee at 9:30 to run the Canal Trail!

Hi, I just found out about this race and wanted to share. Current registration is $33, though that goes up on Jan. 20. Registration is limited to 2k people. Looks like a flat, easy course through the East Rock neighborhood. https://runsignup.com/Race/CT/NewHaven/IRISRunforRefugees

Hery, where do you all go for your running shows and other gear? I typically go to soundRunner in Branford, but just curious if there are other recommended shops. Thanks!
