Lexi and I are meeting at Nica’s at 6:30, running around a bit then meeting Stef at Elena’s as 7:15

Lexi, Stef and I will also be running long tomorrow!! starting a bit earlier (probably around 7) and doing 8 miles at 8 minute pace then the next 12 progressing down to 6:45

Hi Tatum!! Welcome!! The best place for beginners to start is with the Wednesday evening run or the Tuesday track workouts which are our most pace inclusive meetings. Wednesday evening paces range from 7:30-10:30 min/mile, and both the morning and evening Tuesday workouts are very welcoming (you can’t get lost or really dropped on the track!) Folks who are more frequently at evening runs can definitely hop in if any of this doesn’t sounds correct!

I think we were tentatively thinking west rock! So that’s about 18 as a loop, but shorter loops or out and backs definitely possible!

I think we will do some version of out on ridge road and back on the canal trail!
