If you can't make the later shakeout run that Miche posted about, a few of us are running with Katherine on her last long run before the marathon next weekend 🎉
We're meeting at Nica's at 7am. I'm doing 5-6 mi, but you can make it whatever distance you want.

Meeting at 6:45am tomorrow (7/2) for about 10 chill miles, probably 7:45-8:15 pace. Might try a new route that's not Ridge Rd:)

A couple of us are meeting at P&M at 7am for 10ish miles out on Ridge and back on the Hartford Turnpike. Probably mid to high 7s.
